You'll learn highly effective breathing, massage and relaxation techniques for all stages of pregnancy and labour that will help your body perform optimally and enable you to have a calm, comfortable birth experience.
Using relaxations, visualisations and breathing exercises, we'll build your confidence and release fear and anxiety to help you feel calm throughout your pregnancy and trust in your ability to birth your baby.
I'll be on hand to support you during the course and right through pregnancy and until you give birth to your baby. You'll be invited to a WhatsApp group for post-course support, along with access to the yesmum® birth project Facebook student hub.
